Eliminates problems caused by leaks, seal water, worn shafts and old machines.
This exceptional material saves energy as it lubricates and cools in pressures up to 20 bar.
Plastic tubs 5 kgs.
Pump and valve leaks can be adjusted and sealed off by injecting INJ-PAC while the equipment is operating under pressure. INJ-PAC styles are being supplied in stick form (1½” x 9″) in a plastic liner. Load the stick (liner and all) in the INJ-PAC Injection Gun and inject the sealant into the stuffing box. Styles 10, 500 and 2000 can be pushed through our INJ-PAC I.G. Button Head fitting. This allows injection during operation. Put fitting directly into the pump threaded flush port. Hand pack the stuffing box using braided end-rings with INJ-PAC in the middle (no lantern ring installed).
Connect the injector to the button head filling and inject more packing as required. (Never inject packing in a pump unless the shaft is rotating). If a leak occurs, inject INJ-PAC into the box.
If the application requires one of our long-fiber INJ-PAC, use a ¼ turn ball valve. No styles with bearing pellets will be injectable.
INJ-PAC makes it possible to send your lubrication specialist into the plant with two guns. A grease gun to lube motors, etc, and a second gun to seal off or prevent leaks in rotating equipment.
